Just put aside five minutes every morning and evening to follow these easy steps of cleansing, toning and moisturizing and you will be rewarded with younger looking skin.

1. CLEANSING A thorough cleansing in the morning helps you to control oil secretion during the day. Use Therapeutic AHA Revitalizing Cleanser 4 or Therapeutic Non-Drying Cleansing Lotion for sensitive skin to remove oil and dirt. Rinse with water. If you prefer to wash with a bar, use Therapeutic Neutral Cleansing Bar. It is a glycerin-based soap with no additive for all skin types, leaving it fresh and renewed. Rinse your face well with warm water and gently pat it dry with a fresh soft towel.
2. TONING This process removes residual dirt and prepares the skin for AHA therapy and hydration. Use Therapeutic Skin Freshener or Therapeutic Mild Astringent for this toning treatment.
3. AHA REGIMEN AHA products are skin re-texturizers that cause your outer skin cells to gently exfoliate at a controlled rate resulting in healthier and younger looking skin. Long-term benefits of AHA regime have been clinically tested to provide benefits such as lightening effects, improvement of fine lines and acne.

Your doctor will recommend a suitable AHA product depending on your skin type. As a general rule, you should start with the lowest strength of glycolic acid and gradually increase it over time to your maximal benefit.
4. Apply Moisturizer to keep Skin Hydrated After AHA regime, wait for a few minutes for your skin acidity to be stabilized before applying moisturizer. You may like to use Ultra Light Hydrator (for oily & acne prone skin) or Light Textured Moisturizer (for dry to combination skin).

Besides all the above, to have younger looking skin, you must also do the followings:

Maintain a Balance Diet Eating a properly balanced diet can help your body maintain healthy skin. Drink lots of water as it can help our skin to flush out toxins.
Get Enough Sleep Our skin cells get nourished and regenerated during our sleep. So, if you want a younger, healthier looking skin, its good to get enough sleep!
