Provide administrative support to Managing Director. Perform basic H.R. functions including updating employee records, annual leave, medical records, insurance, recruitment and staffing.
The successful candidate should have the following:

Min. "A" Level or diploma in any discipline and 2 years' relevant work experience. |

Cheerful disposition, organized, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, resourceful, positive work attitude and excellent customer service mindset. |

Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint |

|
Provide administrative support to Sales Departments
The successful candidate should have the following:

| PRODUCT SPECIALISTS/MEDICAL SALES EXECUTIVE |

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the Company's range of medical aesthetic products to medical doctors (dermatologist, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians) in designated territory.
The successful candidate must have the following:

Minimum degree or diploma in Biological Sciences, Nutrition or Cosmetic. |
| • |
Relevant work experience in pharmaceutical or skincare industry will be an advantage. |
| • |
Hardworking, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, positive work attitude, goal oriented, excellent customer service mindset. |
| • |
Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle. |
|

| 4. |
|
| IN-STORE SALES PROMOTERS |
|
Reporting to the Sales Executive, the successful candidate will provide product information and promote Company products (health supplements and/or skincare) to consumers in designated retail or hospital pharmacy.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of one year relevant work experience, excellent communication skill and be proficient in spoken English and Mandarin.
